View transition tests have regressed on Android and iOS platforms.

The view transition tests have regressed twice in the last two runs.

Regressions are showing on both Android and iOS platforms.

The most obvious regressions are in the following cases:

• Airline to button
• Button to Airline
• Simple to Simple
• Simple to Airline
• Airline to Simple
• Simple to Airline

We need to triage and determine if the regressions are in Flex or in the runtime. If they're in the runtime, they need to be logged and escalated quickly.
