CalloutButton: Changes position when device is rotated

    Description

      Steps to reproduce: build (4.5.2.22228)
      1. Use the TripPlanner project at (https://zerowing.corp.adobe.com/display/megastar/Mega+i3+Workflow) and go to the Activity Edit view
      2. Click on startDate to display the calloutButton
      3. Rotate the device to change aspect ratio

      Actual Results:
      CalloutButton is not longer tied to the source button (startDate)

      Expected Results:
      CalloutButton should be positioned correctly relative to the source button.

          SoftKeyboardPopUpTransition was playing an extra effect due to an unexpected softKeyboardDeactivate event. This effect put the Callout in the wrong position. Fixed SKPUT to keep it in a valid state even when events are received out of order.
