Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached project on Nexus One (also repro in Droid X and Droid 2)
2. Select "Resizable callout" and select on textinput in the callout to open up Soft keyboard
3. Press "Done" on Softkeyboard
4. Set focus on textinput again to activate soft keyboard and repeat steps 3,4.

Actual Results:
Resizing on SK activate does not happen pretty frequently and varies on different devices.

Expected Results:
Callout should resize consistently on softkeyboard activate. Related to SDK-31681
