[ios] SPUC SK Effects: Callout when resized and turned orientation, arrow points in the wrong direction

Details

    Description

      Steps to reproduce: (On IOS and also on QNX)
      1. Run the attached project on iPOD
      2. Go to "Calloutbutton ViewNav"
      3. Select "Resizable Callout"
      4. Click on text input inside callout
      5. Change to landscape and turn back to portrait

      Actual Results:
      Callout arrow points downwards. This seems to be size dependent so does not reproduce with this view on ipad.

      Expected Results:
      Callout arrow should still point to the owner button

      Workaround (if any):

          Hi Jason - please take a look. On further orientation changes, the callout seems to roll over the calloutbutton.

          Any chance this is related to SDK-31687 somehow?

          @Cory, no, not likely.

          The issue here is that the Callout is repositioning and resizing when changing orientation. This is expected behavior. However, for this bug, Callout uses the resized height due to the SK being active. The AUTO positioning results change due to the shorter height. This bug only affects iOS and possibly QNX since Android doesn't have the same SK behavior when changing orientations.
