SPUC SK Effects: Resizing SPUC dismisses the suggestion panel on android

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Run the attached project and go to "SPUC Move" view
      2. Open the SPUC and focus on text input or text area and start typing a new word
      3. Notice the suggestion panel appears and SPUC resizes for suggestion panel in AIR 468

      Actual Results:
      SPUC resizes and immediately dismisses the suggestion panel thereby jumping when text is being inputed.

      Expected Results:
      Once SPUC resizes for suggestion panel, SPUC retains the min size required for typing continuously without resizing or dismissing the panel
