SPUC : Softkeyboard deactivate event not triggered when focus is removed from SPUC and keyboard deactivates

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Run attached project on device
      2. Go to "SPUC View" and open the SPUC
      3. Click on text area inside SPUC to activate SK
      4. Now click outside SPUC to deactivate SK

      Actual Results:
      Keyboard is dismissed but deactivate event is lost, SPUC does not resize back

      Expected Results:
      deactivate event appears SPUC resizes back.
