SPUC SK Effects : Callout upside down when keyboard active and orientation changed

Steps to reproduce: (22985, air 468)
1. Open Callout Button view
2. Click on any callout button
3. select text input to activate SK
4. Turn to landscape

Actual Results:
Callout content cannot be viewed, positioned on callout button and arrow upside down.

Expected Results:
Callout positioned after the button content visible and arrow to owner

Workaround (if any):
select callout button again, it repositions
