Min Max set on vertical axis does not render the canvas in the chart

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached test file where the min and max values for the vertical axis is set

Actual Results: The canvas is not rendered

Expected Results: The canvas(and drawing) should be rendered even when the min and max values are set
