dataTips are not shown in LineChart if there is only one element in dataProvider and horizontalAxis is set

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an array with only one element;
2. Create a LineChart width the array as dataProvider;
3. Set showDataTips property to true, set horizontalAxis and series properties.

Actual Results:
Data tips are not shown if pointing mouse pointer to the data points in the chart.

Expected Results:
Data tips should be shown.
