Callout owner is typed as a DisplayObjectContainer however the callout is incorrectly positioned when owner is not an IVisualElement.

The owner property on a Callout is typed as a DisplayObjectContainer which implies that a Sprite could be used as the Callout owner. If this is attempted the positioning of the popup and the arrow are incorrect. See screenshots and FXP.
