FileOutputFormat and PrintingOutputFormat index partitions differently

While the FileOutputFormat writes to files starting with index 1, the PrintingOutputFormat starts partition indexing with 0.

I propose to change the indexing of the PrintingOutputFormat to start with 1 as well.
