Internal enum CheckpointType is exposed via REST API, making it part of Public API

    Description

      org.apache.flink.runtime.rest.messages.checkpoints.CheckpointStatistics is using and returning/exposing the internal CheckpointType enum freezing any development and changes to ti. It has to be changed by providing a translation layer. This was caused by FLINK-18851
