Flink Pulsar connector isue

    Description

      Flink Pulsar Connector version 1.14.3  when we subscribed to partitioned topics it is listening to all the partitions instead of specified partitions.

      Used the following options:

       

      Exclusive subscription, 16 partitions, tried to consume from 4 partitions and it  is consuming from all partitions

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. FLINK-26645 Pulsar Source subscribe to a single topic partition will consume all partitions from that topic
