E2E test for delegation token framework

We should add an end-to-end test verifying that the delegation token framework can be used to authenticate taskmanagers to a secure service, for example Kerberos enabled HDFS.

I would suggest to rely on the existing tooling here: https://github.com/apache/flink/tree/master/flink-end-to-end-tests/test-scripts
