    Description

      What

      We want to run Kinesis IT tests against Kinesalite if there are no AWS credentials present. 

       

      Why

      We want maximum test coverage (e.g. on PR build, we don't have AWS creds, so we run against Kinesalite to eagerly find mistakes in PRs)
