    • We changed the default SLOT_IDLE_TIMEOUT to the HEARTBEAT_TIMEOUT in the course of this work (commit in master is b17be26711).

    Description

      We should have an automated end-to-end test that can run nightly to check that sticky allocation and local recovery work as expected.
