End-to-end test: Kinesis connector

Add an end-to-end test which uses Flink's Kinesis connector to read and write to Kinesis. We could use a simple pipe job with simple state for checkpointing purposes. The checkpoints should then be written to S3 using flink-s3-fs-hadoop and flink-s3-fs-presto.
