Embedded Agent docs are missing from website

http://flume.apache.org/FlumeDeveloperGuide.html

...doesn't contain the embedded agent documentation, but that documentation is already checked-in here:

https://github.com/apache/flume/blob/trunk/flume-ng-doc/sphinx/FlumeDeveloperGuide.rst

...so it looks like the website needs to be updated with the latest dev guide (and maybe the latest user guide).
