Resolve links across IF files

    Description

      Create 2 IF files one with a fo:basic-link, the other with the fo:block id

      fop simple.fo -if application/pdf out.if

      Merge the 2 IF files together in text editor

      fop -ifin out.if out.pdf

      The link should work
