gfsh destroy jdbc-mapping should undo everything done by gfsh create jdbc-mapping

gfsh create jdbc-mapping was recently changed to alter the region and create an async-event-queue. gfsh destroy jdbc-mapping needs corresponding changes so that it undoes everything done by create.
