The jdbc-mapping commands should use consistent terminology when referring to a jdbc mapping

Multiple gfsh jdbc-mapping commands exist. They currently use the following terms to refer to a jdbc-mapping: "mapping", "region mapping", and "JDBC mapping". They should consistently use the term "JDBC mapping".
