Remove docs mention of APP_COLLECTION_LIMIT

We removed the description of APP_COLLECTION_LIMIT from the reference manual a couple of years ago, but it looks like two places in the manual still refer to it:

Basic Shell Features and Command-Line Usage—It appears in a code block showing an example of results from using the hint data command. This should be updated to reflect the current hint data output. (Or, if that’s still the current output, engineers should fix the output and then update the docs.)

set variable—It appears in a block of example commands and their example output. We should be able to replace this with a different example command. Also improve this page while putting in this change; there are minor issues with capitalization, the labelling of a table, and the wording of the --name option.
