GFSH connect and start server commands should have username option

When connecting to a secured cluster, --user is available to specify the name of the user for purpose of authentication and authorization.

• Add --username as option to the connect command that aliases --user, providing a more intuitively named option
• Add --username as option to the start server command that aliases --user
