Cannot build a fresh checkout - two JARs not found

    Description

      The build cannot continue because of the following unsatisfied dependencies:

      geronimo-spec-j2ee-management-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
      geronimo-spec-j2ee-deployment-1.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

      I run maven -X to see where maven tries to load this JARs from. Here is an example:
      http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/geronimo-spec/jars/geronimo-spec-j2ee-management-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

      The jars are not there so maven is right...
