Support user-specific properties through an individual property file

A user should be able to define their own properties in a secure file probably in their home directory. For example, the file ${user.home}/.geronimo/client.properties could be used to supply the default username and password used to connect to a running server, or ${user.home}/.geronimo/server.properties could contain the password to use for opening the server-side keystore.
