undeploy of components leaves web-inf\lib directory and jars in config-store

    Description

      Deploy a component, undeploy the component. The config-store##\WEB-INF\lib is ever deleted. Repeatedly deploying and undeploying a component (as I think happens with an upgrade as well) causes an ever increasing disk footprint with multiple copies of the jars hanging around.
