Giraph 1.2.0 not listed on the Giraph website

The Giraph website lists the most recent release as 1.2, but on the download page does not provide a link to download 1.2.

This is a minor thing, but caused a problem for us when I asked devops to package and install Giraph on a cluster and they mistakenly installed 1.1 thinking it was the latest.

More generally, we should regain the ability to do releases in a full and complete manner.
