Giraph is ready for port to Mesos or other cluster frameworks

The refactors and general approach that worked with YARN set up a template that could be adapted easily to other cluster management platforms like Mesos. Or take-your-pick. I am not saying this is a priority or even desirable, I leave that to the community.

But it would be easy now, if we want to. Ideas and opinions can be posted here.
