binary tarball lacks /bin and /conf directories

    Description

      After running mvn clean install the resulting tarball under giraph-core/target lacks a few subdirectories

      On a related note, we should probably also consider including all the aux jars (hbase, hcatalog, hive, rexster) into a binary tarball
