Patch to integrate templates into content assist (Ctrl+space)

With the attached patch the groovy editor can use templates stored in the
/templates/templates.xml
file.
At the moment this file is a simple copy of the Java templates which should be modified for Groovy syntax.
The ${} variables cotain no values at the moment.
