Add a Groovy version of the JavaPluginImages to simplify access to common icons

The JDT provides an internal class to simplify the access to the common icons (like icons for public, private, protected methods, fields and so on).
But this class is an internal class so the access is forbidden. So it were nice to have a groovy version of this.
