Allow customization of @Singleton's instance getter name

Baruch sent us a pull request:
"Added support to custom property name in @Singleton AST transformation"

Instead of only supporting getInstance() method to get the singleton's lonely instance, we can customize the name of the property/getter to a name of our choice.
