Allow compilation to JDK8 bytecode

We'd need to add JDK8 to the CompilerConfiguration.ALLOWED_JDKS array (JDK8 is already defined as a final String) and add a case to WriterController.chooseBytecodeVersion(). I'm not sure if there's other updates needed or not.
