Allow subclasses of GuacamoleException to override HTTP/WebSocket status code

As discussed in GUACAMOLE-29, there is some value in a method specific inside the GuacamoleException class, as it would extending/implementing exceptions to override the HTTP status code when required, allowing extensions to deliver their own HTTP status codes.
