Allow filtering of connections by whether access is granted

Administration of connection access is currently cumbersome for large numbers of connections, as the connections actually granted to the currently-selected user are buried among all the connections which are not granted.

There should be some mechanism which streamlines this, perhaps through allowing the list to be narrowed to only checked connections.
