Correct CL commands for the Pseudo-Distributed Operation setup

The Setup Guide for Hadoop 2.7.1 to run in Pseudo-Distributed Operation mode has inconsistent CL commands .

In step 4., a directory is created ("/user/<username>") in which all further files are going to be stored.

Step 5 is used to put files into the hdfs, but the folder is only "input", instead it should be "/user/<username>/input".

The same applies for step 6 and 7.
