test-patch.sh (Hadoop-QA) outputs the wrong release audit warnings URL

Upon completing, test-patch.sh outputs URLs to build artifacts; the link to release audit warnings is broken. Moreover, the text refers to what it posts as "release audit problems," which is a separate file altogether.
