Update snapshot manifest to include table it was created from

In order to tie a snapshot back to a table (and add its utilization to that table's quota), we need to store that lineage of source table to snapshot.

Add that information to the snapshot manifest file in a manner which is backwards compatible (e.g. upon upgrade, some snapshots may not have this field – need to make sure we can handle both cases safely).
