Properly use flatten-maven-plugin in hbase-connectors

https://maven.apache.org/maven-ci-friendly.html clearly tells us how should we use ${revision} tags in parent versions. Unfortunately flattern-maven-plugin is not invoked during our build, so our snapshot artifacts cannot be used by other projects.
