hbase-connectors HBaseContext should use most recent delegation token

For a long-running HBaseContext, it keeps referring to the persisting credential instead of the most recent token. This would cause the Spark job failed due to "token has expired" issue if the HBaseContext's lifetime is longer than the token's lifetime.
