Create robot tests and documentation to use s3g via s3a fs

Ozone can be accessed from ozonefs and s3a (via the s3g component).

As it's not obvious how s3g should be configured we need a 'recipe' in the documentation to show how it can be done. (Plus a minimal robot test to prove it)
