    Description

      Implement Hadoop's CanUnbuffer interface in OzoneFSInputStream and the underlying other input streams. Note: CanUnbuffer is available in 2.7 (HDFS-7694), but StreamCapabilities#UNBUFFER is new to 2.9.1 (HADOOP-15012).
