EC: Add BlockGroupLen info as part of PutBlock in EC Writes for helping in recovery.

In recovery, we need to block group len to figure out actual length of the block group to identify the actual boundary of last chunk. So, when we do putBlock from client, we can feed the block group info, so that later in recovery we can make use of it to identify the real boundaries.
