Major Description
We need to add documentation about the settings that are exposed via ozone-defaults.xml
Since ozone is new, we might have to put some extra effort into this to make it easy to understand. In other words, we should write a proper doc explaining what these settings mean and the rationale of various values we choose, instead of a table with lots of settings.
