RBF: Display RPC (instead of HTTP) Port Number in RBF web UI

    Description

      Currently The WebUI of RBF is using <ROUTER FQDN>:<HTTP port> in its heading.

      It should be changed to <ROUTER FQDN>:<RPC port> as the WebUI of NameNode and DataNode do.
