Description

BlockPlacementPolicyWithNodeGroup type casts the initialized clusterMap

NetworkTopologyWithNodeGroup clusterMapNodeGroup =
    (NetworkTopologyWithNodeGroup) clusterMap

If clusterMap is an instance of DFSNetworkTopology we get a ClassCastException
