Add retrying thrift client for HiveServer2

Similar to https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/master/metastore/src/java/org/apache/hadoop/hive/metastore/RetryingMetaStoreClient.java, this improvement request is to add a retrying thrift client for HiveServer2 to do retries upon thrift exceptions.
