HS2 changes : API calls for retrieving primary keys and foreign keys information

ODBC exposes the SQLPrimaryKeys and SQLForeignKeys API calls and JDBC exposes getPrimaryKeys and getCrossReference API calls. We need to provide these interfaces as part of PK/FK implementation in Hive.
