fix issues with MoveTask.releaseLocks()

in Merge we can have multiple move tasks so releasing the locks should be done on from the "last one" - in practice they run concurrently....

see if there is a quick fix for short term

(slightly) longer term - get rid of MoveTask for Acid writes
