Derby in tests doesn't honour meta-data mapping file

On working the HIVE-27862, it turns out that even there are some errors in package.jdo, our tests based on embedded Derby can still run through without exception.

We should make the tests respect the meta-data mapping, so that we can improve our test coverage on the underlying db schema changes.
